REUSE CHALLENGE
Reusing PET bottles as construction material is a compelling concept due to recycling limitations. Recent research concludes that PET bottles show promise an alternative sustainable building material. Challenges for reusing bottles include the need for a ‘connector’ such as mortar, wire or steel frame, and the lack of sturdiness of bottles.
REUSE BY DESIGN
